how can we develop the english forum?

what about making simple topic that can attract persons who do not participate with us in our forum because of the lack of their language vocabulary
such as
one or two word topic

i mean the title of the topic is
what is ur mood this moment ??
and the response is only aword
persons can write angry

other one can write
happy
or
worry

??? ect....
